Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

We deliver between 8 AM and 6 PM. While we cannot guarantee specific times, we offer morning (8 AM-1 PM) or afternoon (1 PM-6 PM) preferences when possible.

What if I'm not home during delivery?

Someone must be present to accept delivery. You can nominate a neighbor or family member to accept on your behalf (please notify us in advance).

What about properties with narrow driveways?

For properties with restricted access, please contact us before ordering. We may be able to arrange smaller vehicle delivery or discuss alternative options.

Will you stack the firewood after delivery?

Our standard delivery includes unloading to the nearest accessible point. Drivers cannot stack wood or move it to specific locations on your property.
